One company working in property and technology
Hei Realty & Tech (Pty) Ltd is a South African company. We own and operate rental property, build software and data solutions for clients, and develop our own products.
Why property and technology together
To build technology and property assets that create real, lasting value — giving South African businesses tools that are genuinely useful, and giving people places they are glad to live and stay in.
Property
We own and operate residential rental property, with furnished short stays under HeiStays and long-term rentals.
Technology
We build applications, systems, websites and data solutions for clients, and develop our own product, HeiConnect.
The two sides support each other. Property gives the company a stable base, so software can be built patiently and properly. Building software means the property side runs on better systems. Both are held to the same standard.
What we hold ourselves to
Integrity
We do what we said we would do, and say so plainly when something changes.
Care
Guests, tenants and clients are treated as people, not line items.
Trust
We handle client data and client money with the seriousness both deserve.
Long-term thinking
Sustainable, deliberate growth rather than shortcuts.
